If you are the member, type in your social security number.  If our records show that you are presently eligible, a schedule of the benefits you enjoy will appear below.  If you receive a message indicating that you are not eligible, contact the Fund’s Eligibility Department at 1-800-523-2846, extension 1904 during our regular business hours (M-F, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm)
