*When:* March 1 – September 30, 2018	Register Today! Visit: My.QuestForHealth.com and schedule your appointment. If you’re unable to register online, please call 855.623-9355 or 800.655.8125.
*Where:* At your nearest Quest Diagnostics Patient Service Center (PSC)	Fasting is not Required Take any regularly scheduled medications as usual. Drinking water is permissible and recommended prior to your blood draw.
